Through its expanded capability, HiTech can custom-tailor plastic bead blasting formulations for almost any specific situation for which plastic media blasting beads are suitable. Capabilities range from very hard beads with very sharp corners in cubic form for maximum rapid material removal to very soft and very rugged small spherical beads for abrasion sensitive and/or softer substrates. Several generic polymeric blasting bead products are available for immediate sampling and sale. Additionally, however, HiTech would welcome inquiries regarding custom products for special and proprietary applications.
